Sometimes upholstery just feels like magic ! This chair is an antic one, it’s almost 100 years old but now it looks brand new.
This little chair we call “fauteuil bridge” was in really bad state when it came to me but soon it will look amazing !
It was a real pleasure to see it turning beautifull again into my hands so I’ve turned again the whole process (HOURS of work) into another reel to show you the whole process in a little video: hours in seconds.
Modern upholstery
Elastic webbing, foam, calico and polyester padding were used to upholster this chair.
Even it’s that old I prefer to go for modern upholstery with foam and elastic webbing on this type of seat.
WHY ? Because I think it’s more comfy in this case. đ
Covering with pink velvet
